I just wondered what kind of response times you usually recieve from your hosting?

I hardly expect two minuete response times. Perhaps I should of said and what are reasonable times in your oppinion?

Depends on their marketing and my issue(s) honestly. I would say no more then 2 hours for my standards.

And I'd expect under 2 hours response time - Over that, and I'd get annoyed...

It all depends on who your host is, waht you are paying for and what you expect.

I try to get to all of my customers needs in a timely manner at GD, however I believe that most of them understand its a one man show :) I also rarely have support issues to deal with though..

Yeah, I forgot, mine has IRC as well as phone. But I never use those.
