[BUG] The customized footer of the forum is still not showing.

I have upgraded the ibproarcade from v2.5.3+ to v2.5.4+. The customized footer of the forums is still not showing properly. Also the language selection select button doesn't list any of the languages just above the footer.

The languages are still not showing up in the select menu (version 2.5.6+). Don' t know about the footer. It looks ok on my setup.
