Interlink software

I would like to interlink a script that I own to the VB Database. Can anyone please help me with this venture. :nervous:

That's hardly a simple nor clear task. What script and integrate how?

Ok what I am looking for is to have a form for like a questioner page on a php or html page but when they click on this page from my forum on vbulletin they are already logged in as a registered user if i have another group they cannot log in example:

Group1 click here fill out form

Group2 clicks here and they aren't allowed access.

Or a PHP page separate from my forum they would click on log in and fill out the form that way. Or even register a new user that way.
