No installer.php file in zip

I was about to upload the installer.php but it inot in my zip file anywhere-Anyone have any idea why this is please or how I can get it?

if you have vBulletin 3.5.x just import the XML-File in the Product-Manager, you don't need any Installer then.
If you have vBulletin 3.0.x you need the installer.php


Here you find those in the Archive (ibProArcade v2.5.5+):
XML-File: /upload/includes/xml/
Installer: /(un)Installer-Files for vBulletin 3.0.x/
