Go to your admin cp, then:
Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'product-forumkapa.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'

Go to your admin cp, then:
vBulletin Options -> Turn Your vBulletin On and Off ->

I am not sure what makes this helpful. Why can't you just type your extra message into the main box?

Because its better having 3 different messages you can choose between then rather than having to keep typing them out every time you want to change it to something else ;)

Now to add dynamic messaging to this so that if user xx or usergroup xx view the closed forum, they get their own specific message.
