turn off an individual users reputation?

does anybody know of a plugin that allows for single users to turn off their participation (not just "hide" their reputation) in reputation?

a user would not be able to give or receive reputation to or from other users. ie, not participate in reputation.

i would like users to be able to not participate in reputation on an individual basis rather than turn the whole system off (which is the only option available now) if a few people dont want to give/receive reputation. does such a plugin exist? is there any demand for one from anybody besides me?

Has anyone found such a beast? I just recently had a couple users asking me how they could turn off there rep where no one could give it to them or they could give it to others.
