Problem with newthread.php

I installed the newest Version of vRewrite. It's all ok, just one Problem:

When i would like to start a new Thread, the Link of the Button is:

why is this rewritten? and how i can change this? I hope someone can help me :(

Okay, i got the error but no solution for the Problem.
The Portal makes trouble, i editet the forumdisplay.php that the portal shows the left panel.

The beginning and the and is changed. Can someone call me what i have to doo that vrewrite also works with this modification??
