Hello,
This Modules made for vBadvanced 2, and it grab the news from BBC front page.
Demo http://sudabest.com (Arabic)
Installation:
Open your forum control panel (admincp) and go to vBadvanced and choose [download/upload modules]
the link looks like :
http://www.example.com/forum/admincp/vba_cmps_admin.php?do=download
Manual Install:
- Upload bn.php file to /forum/modules
- add new template to your style with:
template name:adv_portal_cnn
content:

Code is only visible to licensed users, and only when logged into the forums.

or use attached file

after that fo to your vBadvanced > Add new Module > choose PHP
and enter Module Name, and make sure to write template name
activate the module and enjoy :)

you have not CHMOD your forum/modules directory to 777.
I get the same error - i dont think that your module is valid - and my Modules folder is chmod'd to 777.
I think theres some coding issues with the actual module itself - best to take a look at it again. - Great idea though.

I get the same error - i dont think that your module is valid - and my Modules folder is chmod'd to 777.

there is no wrong with module code, and way I updated the Mod. and I added manual installation, you can use it.

I tried it the manual way - i didnt get any errors , but it didnt display the module. I uploaded the file - created the template , and then added a module and activated it.
Heres how my VBA control panel looks - i think its right , but it wont display still - not sure why.

change the option of {Clean File Output} to No.
and the mod. it should be work now,
do noit forget to click Install ;)
