Installation

Upload all the files from the "files" directory in this zip into your forums directory.

Upload

adminhackx.php == forum/admincp/adminhackx.php
functions_hackx.php == forum/includes/functions_hackx.php
cpnav_hacks.xml == forum/includes/xml/cpnav_hacks.xml

url fopen is a must to use it

Forgive my ignorance... and what does this hack do? I don't fully understand what "VB Hack News" means.

Would this be under public_html?

It adds hacks and styles listed on vb.org and vbhackers to your admincp where admins can browse them...
