Buy Bold, Italics For Thread

I know theres a mod out there to buy a sticky thread. Can anyone do this with paypals system for BOLD, Italics a thread? I know vbplaza does the same thing, but thats with points. I want users to check the box (screenshot) get directed to paypal, and get directed back.

Maybe even add others like underline.
