Submission Buttons.
By Adrian at Dream It (http://dreamit.co.uk).
Inspired by SecondV, from vBulletin version v3.4.5.
What does it do?
This small template modification adds a button to Clesto, Digg and others, when clicked it will take you to the submission pages on the chosen site,
and it will automatically have the URL loaded on the submission form.
A great way to boost your traffic.
Notes:
Thanks to ShackMaster for the Spurl icon. It has being included in the vBsubmission.zip
Installalation
Download the vBsubmission.zip
Extract it.
Upload all the images to /images/buttons/ on your server.

Cool!
working nice, what about if you wanted to add to the title instead of in your postbit, which template would you edit?
and will future version include how many diggs and which member digged, or Clesto'd :)

Under that paste the following code:

Is there anyway to add some more customization to this?
I'm looking to only have it only show up in a certain forum and to only show up on the first post. I would also like to click a checkbox to even decide if it should show up in that post or not

I have added this to my "News" vBAdvanced module. It only appears within the module at top of each article.

Example: http://www.music-web.org/forum/showthread.php?t=540
I maybe should mention that I have my submit buttons under the frop down menu "thread tools"

I'm trying to get a shoutwire link to work using the same methods. I'm supplying the icon for those who want to use this but my code isn't working properly. I just copied and pasted reddit's code and replaced everything with shoutwire. Basically, it doesn't take me to the submissions page. Can anyone modify? Thanks.
Code:
---------------
Code is only visible to licensed users, and only when logged into the forums.
---------------
Edit: Please excuse the ignorance. I forgot to place submit after shoutwire's url. One problem though, does anyone on here use shoutwire? Because it asks for a url on step 1 instead of going to step 2 just like a digg submission with the url already in place.

You can make it yourself. This is my Shoutwire addition from post #43 (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showpost.php?p=1156069&postcount=43). All you have to do is replace "shoutwire" with technorati and add a gif of your choice to your server. Keep in mind, this is for my "showthread" template so it can show on top of my threads.
Code:
---------------
Code is only visible to licensed users, and only when logged into the forums.

Edit: This is the code but hold on, I'm trying to find out how to submit a story on technorati. Does anyone know?

Just to let everyone know, I just got the owner of actorsandcrew.com (http://www.actorsandcrew.com/) sign up on my site and he went on to tell me that one of his programmers found my site through a Technorati submission that I posted last week for one of my threads. He now wants to trade links and trade some ideas as well. I think that if this hack is used properly and effectively, it can really represent some good results for forum owners.
Same problem here which is a little weird.

Yes, whoever added the jeqq.gif file to the zip it is not a gif format, it is actually in ICO format. This should be changed. Apparently everyone uses FireFox/Mozilla because this would not show up in Opera or IE.
Anyway here is the gif format of the image, I think the zip need to be redone with this image in gif format not ICO format:

Omg, thank you so much.
I just installed this on my latest board and submitted a popular topic to 2 of the sites and got instant traffic.
Since the board is only a few months old, traffic is so so, after submitting the thread, i got 40+ guests viewing the thread (no, not bots).
