cookie banning

ok.. i had an idea for even better banning system..

lets say that your site gets on some site and it brings alot of unwanted users from that site...

just a example...

how would you go by banning that certian range of ppl..
its simple ban the cookie from the board...

hehe but i have no idea how to do it..
maybe a posible hack? or script already out..
not sure..

I don't think you can ban cookies...?

Besides users are ultimately in control of their cookies. You want to ban by something they have less control of.

ya... true..
but alot of ppl don't clear cookies..
cut down on some hehe..
but was just a thought
