vBulletin skin works with latest version vb3.6.1.
I think this style is suitable for Asian and entertainment sites ( e.g:teen, cartoon sites) ,but if you want, you can download it for collection of vb styles.

Including PSD and more...;)
Note: Unzip and upload styles folder with all files to main forum folder.
