You need to wait until they make it available. Everytime they start development on a new version they take the old version off line, instead of letting people download and mess with it.

Usually there is only a small window of opportunity to download it. I am hoping to download it soon as well as I really don't want to reinvent the wheel.

When it is available on a more permanent basis, I am sure more people would contribute and help clean up the errors in it, like the ones in the download section.
