When disigning a php page, I want to ensure that the page size adjust to the different size monitors out there in use. Does anyone know that line of code I need.?

Heh heh... it is not a line of code.

It is the difference between fluid and static styling, and it would be quite a darn few lines of code to change one to the other. I would recommend finding another style or version of your style that is "fluid," meaning that it expands to the width of the browser window viewing it. :)
