I had this installed on 3.6.4 (with template modification) and it wasn't showing up in the member's profile. Also it caused an adverse side-effect of giving everyone "Exceeds your quota..." when working with attachments. After I disabled it, the attachments worked properly.

It's possible that another mod combined with it is causing the problem, but it seems odd to affect something like attachments.

This hack has nothing to do with attachments. Maybe it was another hack?
