How to add letter "collapse", "expanse" on forum home

Like what vb.org use right now, on forum home next to the expand/collapse buttons

I think it's a very useful feature as many members new to Vbulletin software may not realize the buttons.

You manually edit the buttons and add the text.

Awesome. Thanks. I thought it was some template edit but it was just a replacement of the stock buttons.
