2 url's one MySQL

We want to have the ability to have many forums each with
a different (logo and look).

Example...

#1 NFL Football
#2 College Sports

We want all of the members to be in one MySQL database.
We have a separate url for each forum.
We have purchased a license for #1 and #2.

When I tried to install #2 it asks do I want to erase the data
in the database. What am I missing. This seems like a
fairly straight forward concept.

I have searched this site but have not found much help.

So what you want are two completely independent installations of vB but you want to share the users across the two?

Yes. That is exactly what we want. We will be growing this into 5 or 6...
