There's no chance in hell you can get a dedicated server for that kind of price. Just go for a VPS, as gforce75 said.

My dedicated server costs PM $109 :) not the fastest at AMD 2800 1gb 80gb hdd and 1500gb bw with 13 IP address and 100mbit line :) cant argue with that, tis what i use my personal site on :)
