i want to know is there anyway that we can have a code that if someone comes for example from vb.com to my site see something and if someone comes from vb.org Doesnt !

I am usually not a snitch about these kinds of things... but you are just asking for it posting it out here in the open. Using vbulletin for Warez forums is a violation of your license agreement.

Oh no... that couldn't possibly be it. :)

By the way, $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] will be empty if the person coming to your site simply refreshes the page... so it won't do you all that much good unless you add their IP address to the database and then continue to use that database entry to filter content.

i just said For Example these sites ! i have popup in my site that when ppl comes from one site from my country i dont like that they see that popup ! it doesnt matter that they refresh and ... i dont want that they see that popup at the Start . so that would be great if u give me a code that if someone comes from that site doesn't see that popup .
