View Full Version : Keep having <br /><br /> inserted at the end of new threads...

I've recently noticed that when ever people post a new thread, the first post ends up with '<br /><br />' at the end of it. I've copied the newthread template below. There are a number of modification on this board, so I'm not sure where to look for a solution to this...

Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. BTW - I have HTML turned off for our posters.

Can you post your postbit template?

Sure. On our site, we use postbit_legacy, so I'll include it as well.

What data is in $postbit_advertisement

As in what does it show?

It's part of vBAdmanagement. It basically shows Google Ads to specific user groups. We have it set to show ads to guests only.

I might add that I've tested this by posting myself and I can't get it to happen under my account...but under a normal account when I post, it happens.

I'm sorry...how do I get the code for that?

Is it from the mod it's self? Where would I find it?

That's Vb Ad Management.

Again, thanks so much for helping me with this!

well, for whatever reason, something I did seems to have fixed it, but I have no idea what...

If you go here: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/mp3car-infill-g4-double-din-car-computer/107473-infill-g4-size-specs.html

You can see the <br /><br /> that kept being inserted.

I reinstalled a modification earlier to try and fix another issue I was having...wonder if it fixed this issue?

I'll keep an eye out on our forums to see if it's going to pop back up...
