My websites keep getting this error and after a 2 page ticket discussion my hosting are trying to blame my ISP when I know for a fact majority of the other user who view my boards get this too, and Its pretty unlikely all of them have the same problem (especially since we're all in different countries)
Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
What it the url? I went to the one listed as your Homepage and was told your board is closed and moving. Is that the board that is having the problems or is the new one having the problems?

Its dark-temptations.net, the problem with the error is that it happens very very randomly (atleast 8-10 times a day) so its hard to simply catch.
Are you getting any sort of error message in your email? If so, it would be useful to see that.

Nope they're not appearing in my email, its not a vbulletin error its a hosting/website one.

Do you have a .htaccess file on your server?
Anything in the webserver errorlog?

I don't think I have a htaccess file on the server, and from what I've read in the logs no its not in the logs (to my knowledge).

use http://www.hyperspin.com to monitor your servers uptime

How many members on at a time? Could be related to too many connections (especially if you're using a shared account). Too many, and you'll get a 404 or 500 gateway error page.
Can you monitor how many connections are going through (bots and all)?

I don't think its too many connections my board is currently switched off while we prepare to open so with 15 members I dont think it'd be the connections, but we do get quite a few bots.
We had some trouble before and they moved us to a dedicated server, I'm all out of Ideas.
I will try the hyperspin thing though. :)

Dedicated server for 15 users? Switch hosts honestly.

15 users on my board atm, we're not open yet. And my hosting screwed something up a while ago with my FTP access so we were moved to a dedicated server for free as an apology, so its not costing me anything more.
