This hack provides a gateway from vBulletin forums to the USENET (or any NNTP server). It allows forum members to read newsgroup messages as well as to send posts to the newsgroups. In a nutshell, it turns vBulletin forums into a basic function news reader. it's is writen in Php, C++ and Delphi

Is this a windows only modification? I was fairly sure a modification was already out there like this that doesn't require any third party exe's.
