What movie do you love watching during the Holidays?

Mine definitely has to be Home Alone 2 and A Christmas Story.

There's usually a Bond movie on, and I like most of them.

I love A Christmas Story and Home Alone (both of them) also! I also love the Lampoon movies... hilarious.

One of my favorite newer movies is BAD SANTA. I couldn't stop laughing during that movie, and I also thought Elf was pretty cute.

The Santa Claus was one that I enjoyed watching with my kiddos.

the only Christmas Film i would suggest is "Family Man (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0218967/)" with Nicolas Cage... not only because it is a good film, but also because it is not only related to christmas... :)

I have seen them all but my favorites are:

Miracle on 34th Street (1947 version)
A Christmas Story
Bad Santa
Scrooged
and the Santa Claus series.

The first two are kind of nostalgic. I grew up on Miracle on 34th Street and A Christmas Story came out the year I got my first gun.

Forgot about Bad Santa, Badder Santa is a new favorite holiday movie.

A Christmas Story is my all time favorite, I think. I love the 24 hour marathon TNT has every Christmas...hopefully they continue this year.

I'm a big fan of the 70s/late 80s horror zombie flicks. Evil Dead was great, part two was hilarious and part 3 was utterly crap. Halloween was one my favs (nothing beats a bit of donald pleasance).

Have you watched any of the Lucio Fulci flicks? As a kid I watched City of the living dead several times just watched it again recently and nothing beats the blood and gore that missing from the big budget horrors nowadays.

Actually that's the subject of my up coming vBulletin site :D

Haven't seen any of Fulci's movies (that I can remember), but am currently wading through Dario Argento's back catalog, and think i have a few Mario Bava titles sitting on my desk. Trying to locate, I think it's a Bava movie, but the one considered as the first "slasher" movie, figure I'll get to it eventually.

Very few good horror movies being made at the moment, though anything by either Brad Anderson or Neil Marshal is worth dialing into imho.

The original Halloween was not bad...I think I liked 4 the best of the series. The newest one was rather disappointing I thought.

For a while now I've been searching for good horror movies at Blockbusters Online and local shops here. I generally find the foreign made movies better than the western ones because they play with the mind and less of the gory and shock.

It's not really pertaining to Christmas but it's always on right around Christmas..... The Wizard Of Oz. I don't watch it as much as I used to back when I was married. Can't stand to see my ex. She was the wicked witch. :D
