Will this work for a "reply"? I'd like to have posting rules for both threads and replies to threads.
Thanks:up:
Hey this is real nice...
Would you consider in a future version to add "per forum" rules for some of us who have a forum with special rules?
Thanks!

You could probably do it with a template conditional like this
Code:
---------------
Code is only visible to licensed users, and only when logged into the forums.
---------------
Just replace 5,6,7 with the forum IDs you want the rules to show up in.
This hack would be perfect if there was a check box that stated "I have read and fully understood the rules" and it would be required to be checked in order to submit the thread

Nice, installed.
The "Add thread rules" is not phrased by the way. You've added it as a phrase to the language system, but it's hardcoded into the template!
If you want to have the same rules for posts, just pot the same bit in the newpost template!

I saw the Version is 2.00 already but still could not add rules "Per Forum" after installed. Anything I missed? Kindly guide me what should I do.
Thx!

Thanks:up:
to enable it for replies aswell do the following template edits:
in the "newreply" template,
search for: $postpreview
and add UNDER it: $threadrules
same process for adding it to new thread creation but instead also do it in the newreply template :)

I am with many others on this post and would like to have this on one forum only.
If it's still not in the latest version, is there a conditional I could use?
