Custom Soccer Livescore Page

This will put a soccer livescore page in your site.The livescores updates are provided for free by 7m.cn and works with 3.7b3 and below! :)

Goals notifications are instantaneous and there's a huge selection of matches for you to choose from.Here's the demo link:

Installation time: Less than 3minutes
File Uploads: 1
Files Edits: None
Template Edits: 1

Step 1
In your Admincp,go to your Style Manager,select the style where you wish to display the livescore page,then click Add New Template

Step 2
Copy and paste inside all the contents of the livescore template.txt attached inside the folder below into this new template.

Name this new template livescore

(Optional)Step 3
To have a link in your navbar to this new livescore page,

In your Admincp,Style Manager,Edit Templates

Find in template navbar:

To have this link in your vBookie main page,in your vBookie templates,add the above inside the vbookie_header template with the rest of the links

Upload the file livescore.php to your forum root directory

It only displays today's/tomorrow matches and the updates are provided by the free script.

I uploaded the php file and created a new template and put the button in the navbar but when i press that it takes me to a blank page....can someone help please...

its either your .htaccess file in your root or the link u click was invalid(pointed to a no file location)

This is a FANTASTIC Mod -- but... Well, can it be modded for scores of other sports? meaning the North American sport leagues (MLB, the NFL, the NHL, NBA, etc?

i realise the scores are coming in from another site, and as such are possibly outside of the control of the mod author. Still, it would be extremely beneficial to have the matches showing in GMT or the user's local time. Also, again down to the outside content, but it isn't showing the Euro2008 matches starting tomorrow, which is the main reason for me installing it.

Edit: Just realised it's showing as unsupported. Guess i'll just have to uninstall.

For the sake of sayign so, the URL provided with the isntall info at the top of the mod post lets you customize the page that shows up with time zone and URL and such.

Even without it, it can be added via the script in the livescore template.

I didn't have no problem with the installation and it works great. But my top and nav bars are not there when I'm in livescore.php

Just add $navbar at the top or anywhere in the template you put the livescore codes.

I did everything right, but i get blank page.. php uploaded to root made a new tamplate for my fav skin, also added a navr bar but no luck !!!
