Code changes to the latest VB?

So what exactly changed in the latest vbulletin that keeps alot of mods from saving things in check boxes. Anyone know?

Im trying to figure out what changed but my skills are basic.

I haven't looked onto 3.7 code much since it's not yet considered stable, but it sounds like jelsoft is starting to use YAHOO YUI object instead of javascript. I recall a couple threads about this already but can't find them.
