This modification will put a Terms & Conditions page on your website.

If someone is misbehaving, you just show them that link..

The vbulletin options state:

"If you have a privacy statement, enter the URL here"

This saves that.

I have create a cache template, auto-template for Tos button, Where online phrase and location. Now need to create phrase for tos message, with this is possible to write in some langs.. thanks for works :)
