how do i edit the vBulletin Detailed date and time so i can change it from 1 hour ago to 1H ??

It is in your vBulletin Settings.

i want to use it on a modification i dont want to change the admin setting because it will change it globally. any ideas ? thx in advance

Look at the vbdate() function, you can input the format you want.
