Can not download a MOD

I am trying to grab an old MOD and I am not able to...

When I goto the link to download, it says I do not have access... I have my email set in my account on vbulletin.com and it matches the one I used to register on this site...

Please help..

oh, NOTA:... for the mods, when an entire forum is moved to the graveyard, the notice "This thread is now in the Modification Graveyard." is not showing in the thread of the modification... so the search results can give too much hopes!

Funny thing is it is not in the modification graveyard.... Guess i need to give up my search though

actually, the Archive forum is somekind of graveyard... ;)
