Installed but small problem

The arcade is installed, and it shows up on the site and under the admin cp panel

However, when you click anywhere on the arcade it says

The requested URL /upload/arcade.php was not found on this server.

I've uploaded the arcade.php file to the server, so I'm not sure what's wrong

seems you uploaded the folder /upload from the archive ?!

please read the instructions carefully and upload everything to the right place :)

Ok it's almost working.

Here's what happens, my sites url is hiphopfaction.com/forums

when you click arcade, it goes to hiphopfaction.com/forums/arcade

however when you click anywhere inside the arcade the url changes and goes to

hiphopfaction.com/upload/arcade.php etc, etc....

I can manually edit the url and change upload back to forums and it works

But why is it automatically changing it from forums to upload whenever I click somewhere?

problem found, the siteURL was not set properly in the main vBulletin settings ...
