Hi
We are putting together a portal that is built with MySQl and PHP where users register and login.
We have selected VB for the community piece. We ant to set it up so that when a user registers for our portal, we will also write the user information into the user table of vbulletin and create the cookie so that they can automatically login.
Any pitfalls to doing this. What fields will we have to update for this to work..just the required ones. Are there any other tables that need to be populated upon registration. Also, what is the format of the cookie?
I know a lot of questions...thanks in advance for your help!
