Minimum post question?

Is it possible to set up one particular forum so that a member needs to have posted at least 20 posts anywhere else on the board before being allow to post in a particular forum. I've looked through all the options and cannot see anything. Please help

Not without hacking as there are no controls to limit posting depending on post count.
