I'm actually amazed no one has done this before... Basically, just make a skin for MediaWiki that looks like the default vBulletin Skin...
1. It should be easy enough to edit the headers/footers so that it matches any site...
2. The template should link to a CSS file that can easily be replaced by the files within "clientscript/vbulletin.css" so that fonts and table colors look the same. Of course, for this to work, tables would all have to match class tags like thead/tcat etc.
3. The UserCP-Logout bar should be replaced by the MyTalk-My Preference bar.
Basically I'm looking for this for my site: http://www.8wayrun.com/index.php
