Hello
Am using the 3.7.4 Version in arabic Language, and I can't know how to use perfixes for threats
is it a Hack?
or Modification plugin?
or an option i didn't know?

Have you read vBulletin Manual - Thread Prefixes (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/thread_prefixes)? It does a good job of explaining how to use them.

The Arabic translation for the Prefix was like (threat Shortcut)
