It's a kind of traditional Turkish Folk danse especially located in Trabzon of the BlackSea.

nah, playing headless chicken mixed with some Elvis' moonwalk is never good when you talk about traditional dances... sorry but this is not traditional, i know how turks dance, that is a mix of anything...
edit: this is my view of the question, i'm not judging of the dance is trad or not, i compare with what i have in mind, from what i've seen when i visited Ankara and Mersin...

This is the traditional folk danse in Trabzon and blacksea side. Ankara has another one. You know what Turk's history is so old. By the way, before hiphop, kolbastı has occured in 1929 and has a legend in that region. Turkiye has 7 regions and each one has different folk danse.
