The idia is to have a sticky thread wich apear in all forums

It is grate if you are making an important poll or if you have an announcement you want every body to interact with

isn't this already implemented in vBulletin?

the announcement feature does this.

You cnan't reply to an announcement plus that you can't send poll with it :)
