How can i disable the login from members? I have installed a Javascripted Login that pops up. I want to disable the reg login so users can use the java one.

I'm assuming you want to remove the login boxes in the top right? Simply edit the navbar template to remove them.

Yea but when a unregistered user or not logged in, a box in the screen shows up saying to login to view the page, how can I disable that?

go to navbar and find something like that and delete it:

<td nowrap="nowrap" style="padding:0px">

<form action="login.php?do=login" method="post" onsubmit="md5hash(vb_login_password, vb_login_md5password, vb_login_md5password_utf, 0)">
<script type="text/javascript" src="clientscript/vbulletin_md5.js?v=374"></script>
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="3" border="0">
<tr>
<td class="smallfont" style="white-space: nowrap;"><label for="navbar_username">username</label></td>
<td><input type="text" class="bginput" style="font-size: 11px" name="vb_login_username" id="navbar_username" size="10" accesskey="u" tabindex="101" value="username" onfocus="if (this.value == 'שם משתמש') this.value = '';" /></td>
<td class="smallfont"><label for="navbar_password">password</label></td>
<td><input type="password" class="bginput" style="font-size: 11px" name="vb_login_password" id="navbar_password" size="10" tabindex="102" /></td>
<td class="smallfont" nowrap="nowrap"><label for="cb_cookieuser_navbar"><input type="checkbox" name="cookieuser" value="1" tabindex="103" id="cb_cookieuser_navbar" accesskey="c" checked="checked" />remember me?</label></td>
<td><input type="submit" class="button" value="Login" tabindex="104" accesskey="s" /></td>
</tr>
</table>
<input type="hidden" name="s" value="" />
<input type="hidden" name="securitytoken" value="guest" />
<input type="hidden" name="do" value="login" />
<input type="hidden" name="vb_login_md5password" />
<input type="hidden" name="vb_login_md5password_utf" />
</form>

</td>
</if>
</table>

Actually, probably better to not remove that, because you'll be removing the column also (<td> to </td>) and that may cause problems. It's better to just replace the whole form (from <form> to </form>) with a non-breaking space or clear.gif.
