Why not add the instructions in a text file inside the zip? That way they have it in case they need it for future reference and don't have to hunt it down on the org.

Nice - will definitely be useful on the site I admin. Works with 3.8 as well. FYI the "blinking" attribute is not supported by Safari, Chrome, or IE. Might as well leave that out.

terminal can be modified for linux?
