Postbit Horizonal Marquee Problem

updated to vb4.0.2 PL4 updated the arcade to ibProArcade2.7.0+. all went well..
I followed the template edits in the Installation - vBulletin 3.5.x-3.8.x + 4.x - english.html

•Open the Menu Styles & Templates
•Click Style Manager
•Select "Edit Templates" in the Dropdown-Menu
•Scroll down and double-click on Postbit Templates
•
•Choose postbit and click CUSTOMIZE in the right menu
•vBulletin 4.x - Search for:

in the admincp under Postbit Display Style I have it set to Horizonal marquee people have too many to diplay it standard..
now the display does not scroll any longer like it did with the previous version anybody have a fix for this or can tell me what I did wrong or missed

Just to add this is not working in IE8 as I can tell atm.
It works in firefox and Opera..

I'm having the exact same problem with my members on IE as well! Instead of all their championships scrolling across their postbit like before...just one championship will scroll part way and then start over again and the rest won't show up at all! We're using vB 4.0.2.
