I`m disappointed, many pages such as register, usercp, redirect messages, calendar, showgroups etc. using default vbulletin block styles
Only forumhome, forumdisplay`s and showthread`s pages looks good
homepage with CMPS looks awfully
i think This style requires completion

Updated to vbulletin 4.0.8 and fixed all problems from above, Please remember this is forum only and not CMS supported
