Does that work on 4.0.3 PL1?
It states that it may not work on versions later than 4.0.1.

All that mod will do is tell you which tables that are in your database are not needed in your current version of vbulletin. It will not remove the tables for you. Read the thread to see if it works in later versions, and if no one has commented, then ask in the thread.
