Whoposted (in 2.03) doesn't display on threads lists, only on searches/subscriptions.

I recently installed v2.03, and I'm really happy about the new standardised features, especially the Whoposted feature.

However, it doesn't show a link (on replies) on my thread lists, only on the search results and Subscribed forums pages. Does anyone else have this problem, and what do I need to do to activate/fix my thread lists page?
