Error when submitting score.

I get this message when I try to submit a score:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

are you using forum.php or index.php?

this edit applies if your using forum.php as well..
