We need something written to remember each hack we install because when versions change, don't the hacks (most of them) have to be re-installed? What if you simply went hack crazy and don't remember them all?
Write them down on a piece of paper... or.. make a folder with all the code inserts in it.. like @Used Hacks

I just thought they'd be a cooler way of doing it...
Create a spreadsheet in Excel and record them...
In the members section there's a link to a site that compares files and databases for you. Login and find it.

But there are times when we hack the same file numerous times.

I have added well over 100 code changes/hacks into my board, many of which are in the same files. All I use when upgrading is Beyond Compare, the program that is linked to the in the members area.

I'll check it out. Thanks!
I use Araxis Merge, which is pricey, but well worth it.
