I need to be able to let admins and moderators to upload custom avatars without them hitting that required post count. Any suggestions?

Im looking for this also, somebody help us out here. I can't believe they left this feature out of VB from the start. :(

it's in the admin panel -> edit options under avatar link

Wrong. We are looking for it to make it so ADMINS and MODS don't have to reach the post count set in the cp under avatars. It makes even ADMINS and MODS reach that count, and WE want it so that ADMINS and MODS can have a custom icon right off the bat without reaching A POST COUNT. see?
