WHEN i use my net on my home not wok cannot access on this forum even on vbulletin.com & .org

I'm not sure why that IP would be banned (and it isn't here in the software). However, doing a lookup of that IP just timesout and tells me:

IP address: 112.198.64.181
No host name is associated with this IP address or no reverse lookup is configured.
Error:Host not found

So, this could be an error with the way things are configured on your end.

Its a Philippines IP address.

Its not banned on the forum, but it could be blocked on the IB firewall. What message do you get ?
