Polls - Pictures next to vote options

When posting polls, I would like to be able to post a small thumbnail (that could be opened in a pop-up to enlarge) next to the voting options. Like if you started an art poll about which is your favorite piece of art, they could make a better choice by seeing the pictures.

Does anyone else think this could be useful?

You should be able to do this using BBCode in your poll options. No hack needed.

That isn't what I mean. I'd like a small thumbnail next to each poll voting option that would then open a pop-up to a larger picture.
