ip-restricted user accounts

i'm using vbb 2.0.3 and would like to know how you can set up ip-restrictions for accounts that they can't be used by any other person (better board security)

as i replied to the 2nd request: i don't have it ... my friend upped and installed the board - i am working on it ... i hope it is ok that i request here anyway ... if not please tell me and delete my account ...
