Upgrade !!!

I have search many times and only found instructions on how to upgrade from vb 3 to vb 4

Currently i have vb 4.0.5 and wish to upgrade to the latest version

Is there any instructions on how to do this ?

The upgrades are the same as before, just be sure to take a backup of at least your database before you start.
